DELIVERY

Currently Domestic Standard delivery is offered on all orders at check out, the cost of delivery is $10.95, which covers delivery of any number of items within an order. Domestic Delivery delivery times are 3-5 working days. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To return an item please email us at info@kfcmerchstore.com.au, re-package the items you wish to return securely and post to the returns address below -

Return product information is provided on the packing slip within the item parcel. If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we are able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

We do not offer exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!

Please note, customers that wish to return items without fault will be required to cover the cost of postage to send unwanted items back to us. 

RECEIVED FAULTY ITEMS

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

Please email us at info@kfcmerchstore.com.au and return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. A refund will be made to cover the delivery cost to send any faulty item back to us. 


Worn your favourite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please email us at info@kfcmerchstore.com.au and return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. A refund will be made to cover the delivery cost to send any wrong item back to us. 

MISSING AN ITEM

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Some items may come in separate parcels so please do allow for an extra 1-2 days for your missing item to arrive. If the missing item does not arrive please email us at info@kfcmerchstore.com.au and let us know within 30 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.

ITEM ORDERS

The shop has a standard limit of 10 items per product applied to every order. 

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are applied by typing your code into the in the Discount Code field found on the right-hand side of the check-out page. Discount codes relating to specific promotions such as 'Christmas In July' can only be applied once per transaction and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or code unless expressly stated so. If you are having issues applying a discount code, please contact info@kfcmerchstore.com.au

With over 90% of our team members being under the age of 25, supporting Aussie youth is something we really give a damn about. The KFC Youth Foundation is our chance to help more young Aussies beyond the walls of our restaurants. It's our opportunity to give young people the mental wellbeing skills and support they need now and into the future.

Together with us on this journey, we have three incredible charity partners, The Black Dog Institute, ReachOut Australia and Whitelion, who are all helping young Aussies thrive.

Profits from the KFC Merch Store will go to the KFC Youth Foundation, allowing us to further our support of Aussie youth's mental wellbeing.

At KFC, your data and its privacy is important to us. Your personal data such as name, address and email address are only retained in order to process and keep record of orders. We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party. Our online checkout process does not supply to us or retain any payment card details and therefore we are unable to view such information, this is in line with Shopify's PCI compliance.
